We strongly believe in the value of children learning about how to look after themselves and make mental health and wellbeing a priority. Developing positive mental health education is interwoven into school in a number of ways; through our PSHE provision, through Children's Mental Health Week and through Liturgies.
It can be hard for children to really understand what we really mean by mental health and wellbeing so there is a clip here to help them to understand.
